London mayor provides ‘strategic evidence’ to help boroughs block new residential conversion PD rights

The mayor of London has printed ‘strategic proof’ to help councils in introducing so-called Article four instructions to guard areas – together with suburban workplace places in addition to the capital’s central space and Canary Wharf – from potential adversarial impacts of the federal government’s controversial new commercial-to-residential permitted improvement (PD) proper.
