US tech large Cisco has agreed to purchase London-based software program firm IMI Cellular in a $730m deal.
IMI Cellular offers software program and providers for enterprise and its clients embrace BT, Hermes and O2.
The tech agency can pay 595 pence per share in trade for every IMI Cellular share, assuming totally diluted shares, internet of money and together with debt.
